When a loved one dies the feeling of loss is often overwhelming. Sometimes we feel the need to do something positive in their memory. Creating your own Cransley Hospice Tribute page offers a way to come together in celebration of a loved one's life creating an online scrapbook of memories.

My Dad, Glenn Ward, was admitted to Cransley Hospice in July 2016 for his last couple of weeks before he passed on July 31. From the moment he went in we were all treated with the highest quality of care, respect, dignity and decency. The support everyone at Cransley gave to the family was exceptional; nothing was ever too much trouble and always with care, compassion and a smile.
It was a great comfort to everyone that Dad was being cared for in such a fantastic manner, and the only way I can repay them is by raising as much money as I can for them. Setting up a tribute page in memory of Dad has provided a place where all the family and friends have been able to share photo’s, leave messages, light candles and donate money to Cransley. I have also been able to link my JustGiving page from my fundraising marathon runs directly to the tribute page so all the money raised in dad’s name can be recorded in one place.
All this is done with a sense of gratitude and thanks to all the staff at Cransley, hoping they continue with their great work during the most testing of times.
Setting up your own online scrapbook of memories is easy. Messages and memories may be shared, photos uploaded, virtual candles lit and donations made in memory of your loved one. Because the tribute is online, family and friends can get involved and contribute from wherever they are in the world.
